How many toilets do I need for my construction site?
OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets the baseline: one toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer, then one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers up to 20, and one toilet seat and one urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city. We can't guarantee permit rules without checking with Wellington officials because they vary.
